Which AI providers are available?
GreetFan supports three AI providers: OpenAI (GPT models), Google Gemini, and self-hosted Ollama. The Free plan includes Ollama only. Starter and above include all three providers. You can switch providers at any time from your account settings.
Is my data shared with AI providers?
When using OpenAI or Google Gemini, your comment and message data is sent to their APIs for AI processing. If you prefer to keep all data local, choose Ollama as your AI provider, which runs on your own infrastructure. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Does GreetFan comply with Instagram's rules?
Yes. GreetFan uses the official Instagram Graph API with proper OAuth authentication. Built-in rate limiting, reply delays with jitter, and 24-hour DM window enforcement keep your account within Instagram's guidelines.
Can I review replies before they're sent?
Absolutely. The Review Board lets you preview every AI-generated reply. You can approve, edit, or reject suggestions individually, or batch-approve when you're confident. You can also enable fully automatic sending if preferred.
What Instagram account types are supported?
GreetFan works with Instagram Business and Creator accounts. Personal accounts are not supported as they don't have access to the Instagram Graph API.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. All plans are billed monthly with no long-term commitment. You can cancel, upgrade, or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings.
